North of Puerto Natales, youencounter the famous 'Torres del Paine' National Park. A great outdoors paradise, suitable for trekking, walking and camping. Many lakes are part of this park: Pehoé, (crystal clear waters), Nordenskjold, Sarmiento, Toro and Grey, where there is a glacier with the same name. Visitors can also enjoy the view of icebergs, close to the shoreline. Wildlife is important and diverse: condors, guanacos, ñandúes and foxes, birds of several species can be found, and the luckiest might find a Chilean puma. Rivers along this region are suitable for great fishing trips and the rocky mountains are a climbers dream.

Tierra del Fuego is rarely visited by land. Travelers prefer to do it by sea. Cruise ship offers many circuits through the channels and fjords, allowing you to discover many points of interest and glaciers at the 'Cordillera de Darwin', going ashore is done by 'zodiac' boats.
